Terms

Who we work with

We only work with businesses that are registered for VAT in the UAE and have a Tax Registration Number (TRN). We do not sell to consumers or to businesses without a TRN. You give us your TRN when you request a quote, and it appears on every invoice.

Delivery

Delivery time is counted from the day you accept the quote and we receive the first payment. The standard is 14 days for Launch and Expand, and 21 days for Complete. You follow the build in a shared preview link and approve the sketch before we write any code.

Prices and currency

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT. The price for the website is fixed in the quote: Launch from AED 2,900, Expand from AED 4,500 and Complete from AED 6,900. The build has no overtime and no unexpected invoices.

We invoice from Sweden without Swedish VAT, and you account for UAE VAT on our services under the reverse charge mechanism.

Exchange rates

The amount in your accepted quote is fixed in AED and does not change with exchange rates during the project. We invoice in AED, and you pay the amount on the invoice in AED. Bank and transfer fees on your side are yours.

We review our list prices in AED every quarter, because our costs are in Swedish kronor and the dirham follows the US dollar. A change applies only to new quotes and to recurring services after at least one month's notice. It never applies to a quote you have already accepted.

Payment

The website is paid in two parts: 50% when you accept the quote, and 50% when the site goes live. Invoices are due within 15 days net. Late payment interest is charged under the Swedish Interest Act (räntelagen).

If launch is delayed for reasons on your side, such as missing content or approvals, the second payment falls due after we have told you in writing that the site is ready to go live.

The domain is invoiced per year: free the first year, then AED 749/year. Hosting and maintenance (AED 219/month), business email (AED 35 per address/month) and the Growth Plan (AED 749/month) are invoiced monthly. There is no lock-in period, and the notice period is one month.

Agreement

We sign a clear written agreement with a fixed price before we start. Cancellations and changes are handled under the written agreement. Contact [email protected] for the specific terms of your agreement.

Changes outside the quote

Changes not covered by the accepted quote: small changes cost AED 649/hour for customers without hosting and maintenance. Larger changes get a fixed-price quote before we start.

Intellectual property

You own everything we deliver once it is paid in full: code, design and copy. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio.

Force majeure

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or outages at providers of critical infrastructure.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled in the first instance by the Gothenburg District Court (Göteborgs tingsrätt), Sweden.
