Dubai has no shortage of web agencies. We publish our prices in AED, build a static site that loads fast on a phone, and have it live in 14 days. We are in Sweden and say so up front.
Facts
A Dubai small business often sells to two audiences at once: residents who search in English and customers who expect Arabic, which is the UAE's official language. Many businesses also run their sales through WhatsApp messages rather than a contact form, so a website here has to hand the visitor over to a chat cleanly. The licence matters as well. A company licensed in a free zone such as DMCC or Dubai Silicon Oasis cannot sell directly to customers on the mainland; it needs a mainland distributor or branch, so the website must be honest about who it can serve. And with 99% of UAE residents online, according to DataReportal, the site is often the first thing a customer checks after a recommendation.
Launch AED 2,900, Expand AED 4,500, Complete AED 6,900, all excluding 5% VAT. The price in the quote is the price on the invoice. You do not have to sit through a meeting in Business Bay to find out what a five-page site costs.
Many Dubai customers would rather send a message than fill in a form. We put a chat button on every page alongside the form, and we label it chat because WhatsApp voice calls do not work in the UAE. Both routes are tracked, so you can see which one brings enquiries.
Mainland, free zone or eTrader licence: each sets limits on who you can sell to and from where. We write the copy around what your licence actually covers, so the website does not promise a service you are not licensed to deliver.
We build static sites. There is no database or plugin to slow the page down, and the content is plain HTML that Google and AI search tools can read. Prices, services and areas are written as text, not hidden in an image or a PDF.
The price is in the quote and does not change along the way.

Yes, for now. We invoice from our Swedish company, and a VAT-registered UAE business accounts for the VAT itself under the reverse charge. Without a TRN that does not work, so we can only take customers who are VAT registered until we have our own UAE registration.
No. We are in Gothenburg, Sweden. The work runs over video calls and a shared preview link where you follow the build day by day. Dubai is two hours ahead of Sweden in summer and three hours ahead in winter, so your morning overlaps with our working day.
Yes, as a separate language version with its own pages and its own URLs, so each language can be found in search. The Arabic copy needs a native speaker to write or check it.
Yes. The website itself is no different. We will ask what your licence covers, because a free zone company selling to mainland customers needs a mainland distributor or branch, and the copy should reflect how you actually sell.
